Began my diving journey in 1999 and became a Divemaster in 2012, followed by my certification as an instructor in 2019. I am passionate about technical diving, with a focus on diving rebreathers. Additionally, I have a special interest in deep wreck diving and exploring underwater caves. Motivated to train new divers of all levels, I am committed to sharing my knowledge and experiences, inspiring fellow divers along their journeys.

About Born in Greece, I combine technical diving instruction, instructor development, scientific diving, and academic research. My main focus and passion is technical diving, which I enjoy transmitting both to divers who want to progress further and to the next generation of technical diving instructors. I teach recreational, technical, and professional-level programmes, with a strong focus on precision, control, risk management, and real-world competence. My experience includes mixed-gas technical diving, instructor training, scientific diving consultancy, expedition planning, and CCR diving as an SF2 and Liberty diver. As an educator and anthropologist, I approach diving as both a technical discipline and a learning process. My aim is to help divers become calm, competent, independent, and thoughtful underwater, whether they are taking their first steps, progressing into technical diving, or developing as instructors.
